Shipping

All homewares are shipped with our flat-rate £9 shipping option. We aim to ship items within 3-5 days and expect 3-5 days for transit time. If you need an item sooner, please reach out to us. Larger items and bespoke furniture pieces can be delivered to the Cambridge area or arranged to be picked up from our workshop. Please note that bespoke, custom, or one-of-a-kind pieces may require 2-3+ weeks to be crafted and finished before they can be shipped. For more information, please contact us.

Returns

Returns are accepted on unused products. Please ship the items back to us at the address found in your shipping parcel for a refund. Returns are not accepted on bespoke, one-of-a-kind, personalized, or specialty items.
